Can I Finance My Full Time or Fractional Purchase?

In this month’s Real Estate article, we are going to discuss a question we often get from potential buyers here at Villa del Palmar Cancun: “Can I finance my purchase?” Almost everyone falls in love with Villa del Palmar Cancun. What’s not to love? The breathtaking views? The meticulous attention to detail? The endless list of services available to our owners? Why wouldn’t someone want to own a vacation home here, a second home or even a retirement home? Being here and experiencing the service triggers emotions in people, and the thought of ownership is one step closer. Many buyers who walk into the sales office don’t even ask for a tour of the property. They have already stayed in the condos, they have laid down by the pool or the beach, they have been waited on by the best in the industry. But “reality” kicks in, and people think – can I afford this? A one-off cash payment might not be an option for everyone, and many buyers wonder if financing is available to …

Puerto Vallarta Travel Guide

Puerto Vallarta Travel Guide

Framed in picturesque fashion by the Banderas Bay to the west and the Sierra Madre mountain range to the east, Puerto Vallarta offers one of Mexico’s most inviting destinations for a diverse array of travelers. This enticing coastal destination brings countless thousands of visitors in each year for its spectacular seaside settings along with its verdant jungle vistas, but offers plenty of interest beyond its signature natural splendor. Overview As recently as the 1960s, Puerto Vallarta was a virtually unknown fishing village tucked away on the Mexican coast. Its modern renaissance was sparked chiefly by a fateful visit by iconic Hollywood director John Huston, who sought an idyllic setting for his “Night of the Iguana” film starring silver screen superstars Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor. Rumors of their romance brought the tiny town to an international stage, transforming it into a global destination in the decades following. Today, Puerto Vallarta is an enjoyable escape for visitors from around the world. Its warm climate delivers on average 280 days of sunshine yearly, and the surf in …

Alma Avila – Regional Director of Sales & Marketing

I am originally from Mexico City, where I studied until my university career. During the first semester of my Communications major (I share that it is easy for me to write!) we went on vacation, but what a vacation!! We truly never imagined what we would experience on that trip. We had an accident on the road – my parents, my sister and I – from Mexico City. We went to Morelia for my grandparents, but that time they did not want to go. The last thing I remember after the accident is to have woken up and I was the first of my family to react and the first thing I did was try to get them out. Fortunately no one lost their lives, but we had severe injuries. It was a very severe event. After the accident, months later we were still in Guerrero / Acapulco, the destination to which we initially headed to enjoy a family vacation. Our family friends who lived in that destination and worked in the hotel business offered …

Meet Your New Staff at Garza Blanca Los Cabos: Javier Garcia, Member Services Manager

The ladies in the Member Services office at Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta tell me that Javier Garcia is a real Casanova, but he was a little bit shy and reserved when speaking to me for this interview. Javier is serious and modest, brushing off his accomplishments as I asked him to talk about his background. The truth is he’s a rising star at Garza Blanca on the Membership side, and he has just recently earned a promotion that is taking him from Puerto Vallarta all the way to Los Cabos.   Javier was born in Mexico City and did his undergraduate studies in Puerto Vallarta in the field of Business Administration. He then went on to law school in Spain, where he earned his master’s degree in law from Complutense University of Madrid, which is one of the oldest universities in the world and one of the largest in Europe.
