Swimming, Alcohol and Eating Don’t Mix

Sea and pool safety are important considerations when on vacation. It is always a good idea to leave some time between eating a heavy meal or drinking alcoholic beverages before swimming, especially in the sea. In hot weather, this quantity could be even higher. The most important thing is to make sure you drink enough non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day, even while lounging by the pool or at the beach. Flying and Diving Precautions
