Congratulations to the Club Caribe team for another successful Annual Members Meeting!
The 2017 Club Caribe Annual Members Meeting was a great success. Our theme was “Unmasking the Future” and the events replicated the mood inspired by the Phantom of the Opera.
We welcomed more than 75 participants this year to a meeting that offers opportunities for members to meet their Club and resort representatives as well as catch up with old friends and new. Meeting packets and gifts are provided to each member; this year’s conference gifts were masquerade masks, “dress up” gloves, and champagne that corresponded to the Unmasking the Future theme. With two days filled to the brim with events, the members left informed, enlightened, entertained, socialized and well fed.
The Annual Meeting itself is a business meeting designed to hold elections and present important information to the membership in attendance. The meeting featured updates on Club Caribe membership growth, the new Garza Blanca properties, Club Finances, new computer interface and programs and services offered by the resort, the Referral and Pre-arrival programs, and Eagle’s Wings Foundation.
The Villa del Palmar Cancun staff created two outstanding parties. The first was a welcome cocktail party. Guests enjoyed a beautiful view of the ocean and Isla Mujeres as they mingled with other members and staff. The scene was complete with live music and acapella singers. The grand finale of this event, the “Music of the Night” dinner and show, intrigued all attendees with beautiful themed décor, some “Phantom of the Opera” inspired acts, and a five course dinner that transformed Caprichos restaurant into a mysterious getaway for all.
