During your “Music of the Night” themed Club Caribe Annual meeting this May, you can get the latest information about your membership, attend inspiring presentations and meet the key players who are instrumental in the development of your world-class membership.
Icebreaker Cocktail at Terraza Palmar
There will be an icebreaker cocktail party which is exclusive to Club Caribe members who have registered for the meeting. Have a few drinks and some appetizers at Terraza Palmar with old friends and new acquaintances alike – music and icebreaker games will make sure that no one feels left out.
As has been the case in previous years, you will have the chance to get the lowdown on all the latest news concerning your Club Caribe benefits and future developments. You can take part in the round-table discussions where you can ask representatives from member’s services any questions you might have.
Music of the Night
The theme for this year’s annual meeting, held on May 3rd and 4th 2017 at Villa del Palmar Cancun, is the Phantom of the Opera; and you are invited to bring something special to wear at the glitzy dinner, show and masquerade gala that will take place on Thursday May 4th. Members who love to dress up may choose to bring a mask or even wear a costume, but rest assured that masks will be provided.

Only two people per membership will be eligible to attend free of charge regardless of how many points you have. If you wish, you can add another two people for a fee of $140 per person to cover their dining and beverage costs as well as other expenses. Children under 12 are also counted as guests, but will be charged a reduced rate of $75.
