Unmasking the Future at Your Club Caribe Annual Meeting

You are invited to save the date (or better still, make your reservation today!) for the upcoming Club Caribe Annual Meeting on May 3rd and 4th, 2017. Join us this spring to learn all about the future of your membership. Veiled in enchantment and mystery, our “Music of the Night” themed Club Caribe Annual Meeting will reveal a number of updates and exciting developments while providing a platform for you to socialize with other members, ask questions and meet the people who keep your membership evolving and growing to new heights.


The Schedule

The lineup of events will include a combination of social gatherings, round table meetings and presentations starting with the first check-ins for the event on Tuesday May 2nd, an ice-breaker on Wednesday May 3rd and culminating in the “The Music of the Night” dinner, show and masquerade gala on Thursday May 5th where masks will be provided, although members are welcome to bring their own or wear costumes.

Registration Required

We would like to remind members that the Annual Meeting is free to all members, but advanced registration is required. In order to attend the complimentary dinners and themed events, members must register online. Email confirmation will be sent for your registration; please print this out for your records.


Two Complimentary Tickets

Regardless of how many points you own, each membership is limited to two people in attendance for your first membership account only. We kindly remind you that members will have priority over guests of members when registering for this important event.



In addition to your complimentary registration, you may register a maximum of two guests for a fee of $140 per person. The $140 guest fee covers the food and beverages and other expenses. Members will be contacted directly for guest payments as we get closer to the event. Children are also considered guests and subject to a fee; those aged 12 years old and younger will be charged $75 to attend the meeting.
