What’s in Store at the Club Caribe Annual Meeting 2016

As you are surely aware from our previous articles, May is the month where we get together with our members at the Club Caribe Annual Meeting. This year, you are invited to dazzle like F. Scott Fitzgerald’s “beautiful and the damned” in our Great Gatsby themed event. Joining us for the Club Caribe Annual Meeting gives you the ideal opportunity to make new friends and consolidate old ones while making merry as well as attending meetings with key players in the development of your membership, and inspiring presentations.

Reserve the Dates – May 4th and 5th

The Club Caribe Annual Meeting for 2016 will be held on May 4th and 5th, and you are encouraged to make your reservations as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. The ‘Roaring 20s Extravaganza’ is an event you really don’t want to miss. Have a look at what we have in store for you:

Icebreaker Cocktail and the Great Gatsby Dinner

When you first arrive you will be invited to sign in, and there will be an icebreaker cocktail party which is exclusively for Club Caribe members who have registered for the event. This is the perfect time to get together with old friends and new acquaintances alike for a chat and a drink or two. There will be music and icebreaker games to make sure no-one feels left out.

As has been the case in previous years, there will be the chance for you to get the most up-to-date information regarding your membership and the various benefits and programs related to Club Caribe. You will also be able to join a roundtable discussion which will cover topics like members services, sales and exchanges, amongst other issues of interest.

Without a doubt, the highlight of this year’s meeting will be the Great Gatsby themed dinner which will celebrate the roaring 20’s in all their glory. Hopefully we’ll succeed in transporting you to a time when beauty and style were the order of the day.
