BocaDos STK is pleased to present our new dry-aged beef! BocaDos STK first opened at Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa in Puerto Vallarta as a classic steakhouse with a fresh concept. Based on positive feedback from our guests, we opened a second Bocados STK at Garza Blanca Los Cabos offering exactly the same flavorful menu including the fantastic variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes, to satisfy everyone’s tastes.
With the help of our new special dry-aged fridge, our chefs will be able to cook up even tenderer choice cuts of beef cooked exactly how you want and prepared on the spot. We use only the highest quality meat with a decent layer of fat and well marbled, perfect for dry-aging. The chefs will gradually mature the meat for a minimum of 35 days with precise temperature control, humidity, and air circulation, all crucial for this process.
The chefs will take care of everything for the optimal tenderness & taste, all you will have to do is decide which steak-cut of meat you are going to have! Choose from New York, Cowboy, Rib Eye, Porter House, and Bone-in Rib Eye.
Some steaks are included with your all-inclusive plan and others have an extra charge, indicated on the menu with a special symbol (small chef), however, all-inclusive plan guests will receive a 20% discount.
With the addition of our dry-aged steaks, we have decided to get even fancier and allow guests the option of selecting their own steak knives! We are happy to be able to offer guests a selection of four different steak knives with distinct handle designs made especially for men and women. Women can choose from 4 different designs all the same size. Men can select from 4 options ranging in size from 23 cm/9.25″ to 26 cm/10.25″. Your waiter will be there to help you decide which knife to choose, depending on the steak you have ordered. But really it just comes down to a matter of personal choice.
We would also like to share with our members that Bocados STK at Garza Blanca Los Cabos celebrated the 4th of July with a special BBQ Dinner.
During the day, Chef Patron Álvaro Blancas was grilling up suckling pig, ribs and brisket in front of our guests to give them a preview of the dinner and entice them to make dinner reservations as the appealing aromas wafted through the air.
In the afternoon, complimentary smoked brisket sliders with decorative American flags and special non-alcoholic strawberry daiquiris were delivered to guests around the pool area, courtesy of Experience Management.
We cannot leave out that the Independence Day celebration included a special dessert with blue chocolate fondant and white stars plus live instrumental music.
