We hope this message finds you and your families healthy and safe. Over the past few weeks, we have engaged with several members who are eager to return to our resort destinations. I know that many of our staff members can’t wait to welcome you back to your home away from home. For over thirty years, our mission has been to deliver extraordinary vacation experiences. It is still our goal and we will continue to do that both during good and challenging times. That hasn’t changed. Our developers and everyone within our organization remain committed to you, our members.
Last month we reopened several of our resorts. Each resort has worked tirelessly to ensure that all safety measures are being followed with everyone’s safety in mind. We have previously communicated our detailed practices (Updated Health and Sanitization Protocols at Tafer Hotels & Resorts). To quickly highlight, our primary focus is on social distancing and sanitization practices, and adherence to suggestions from the CDC and WHO.
We have been paying attention to what our members have been saying on social media, blogs, e-mails, newsletter comments and direct contact communication with ResortCom, our servicing company. Lastly, I wanted to touch base about what members can expect if they vacation during this time. Watch the below video with our special guests from Fort Worth, Texas, who are staying at Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa in Puerto Vallarta. They share their feedback so you can understand their experience firsthand. They commented that it was amazing and beautiful, just like you remember it. They also said that it felt safer than home.
While things are different regarding cleaning protocols and safety measures, what remains the same is the unwavering dedication of each staff member to serve you. They have missed you – life is better with our Club family nearby! We are all looking forward to welcoming back our members.
