The past few weeks have been challenging, to say the least. Just like you, we continue to closely monitor daily developments of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the outbreak happened, the Club has remained engaged with you, our members. We have handled thousands of members inquires and we continue to book new reservations for members who are planning to resume travel as soon as the borders open up again and it is safe. In the meantime, we are always here, for anything you need.
One of the most rewarding things about our Club, is how engaged our members are. These past few weeks, members have shared their happy memories of their vacations with us. They have shared with us beautiful photos of beachfront dinners at our resorts in Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta, member cocktail parties in Cancun, and so many other memories. It has been wonderfully reassuring to hear that our members miss us and can’t wait to come back. One member was so eager to return to Mexico, he made a beach right in the middle of his living room complete with cocktails and cervezas.
I am right there with each of you, who cannot wait for this to pass so you can return to our resorts and your home away from home again. While you have been gone, we have been perfecting each of our resorts so they will be ready for your return. Painting, deep cleaning, preventative maintenance, trainings, and the enhanced processes we are implementing to keep everyone safe in our “new normal” as soon as we resume business operations.
We will continue to keep you up-to-date as more information becomes available. A quote I recently read said, “Even if we spent the whole day with you. We will miss you the second you leave.” — Unknown. This is the sentiment we all have felt since our members have been away, and we look forward to the moment you return.
