As we begin to reopen and welcome our members back to our resorts, I wanted to share some information about what you can expect when you return to the warm beaches of Mexico. During the past few months, we have had small crews of essential workers carrying out maintenance and other repairs to make sure that every detail is perfect for your return. Over the past few weeks, there has been a lot of information circulating. Here is the latest about travel to Mexico:
- On May 19, 2020, the United States Department of Homeland Security issued an extension to the Southern Boarder closure for Land Ports of Entry. This closure does not apply to air travel into Mexico from the United States. Our members are able to travel to Mexico via any airline partner who is flying to our destinations. Several major airlines have announced increased flight schedules into Mexico and are even offering lower fares for our members to take advantage of. More information on the border closure can be found here:
- In Mexico, our resorts are working with Local and Federal Governments on re-opening processes and following the additional health and sanitization guidelines that have been put in place. When you go back to our resorts, you may notice that things look a little bit different, but you can still expect to receive the same world-class service and wonderful Mexican hospitality. See the below links for what our resorts are doing to keep you safe when you visit us again:

Things are slowly returning to normal in Las Vegas as well. Staff is back working in the office of our Las Vegas servicing company, ResortCom International. They are working from 7 am – 7 pm PST to help with booking new trips and answering questions. The Governor of Nevada has released the closure restrictions and businesses are slowly resuming normal activities in Phase 1 and 2 of re-opening.
As we move forward with new protocols and initiatives to ensure our guests and members remain safe when visiting Mexico, we also understand that our members would like exclusive offers and incentives. We are excited to be launching several offers specifically for members to get you on vacation with savings that will allow you an even better vacation experience. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date as these offers typically come via e-mail and social media. You can update your member info on file by contacting ResortCom at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-852-4755.
We look forward to welcoming you back at our resorts when you feel ready to travel again. Summer is knocking, open the door!
