Every morning at 5:00 am our Terrace team makes sure to be ready before our guest arrival. Both kitchen and waitstaff, make sure all possible needs are met, from the table setting to the best ingredients. It might seem like an easy task, but it is certainly an everyday challenge.
Meet Paloma & Saul. They make the perfect combination and prove that teamwork is always the best solution. Saul has been working with us since March 2018 and Paloma has 6 months in the company.
Saul is an experienced cook, and is the strongest pillar of the team. His experience and trajectory comes with a great responsibility. His warm, and at the same time, strong character makes him one of the best employees. In 2018 he was named the Employee of the Year!
Paloma in the other hand, is the funny and creative part of the kitchen. She is always trying to see the bright side of things and is theone responsible for creating and inventing new amenities, decorations and colorful dishes
Certainly, none of this excellent teamwork would be possible without our Floor Staff! Miguel, Mateo, Angel, Evelyn and our supervisor, Andrey.
