The Perfect Weather in Cancun for the Holidays

When choosing where you are going to spend the holidays, one of the first things many members want to know is what the weather will be like. While the weather is something that you can never truly predict, in Cancun it’s pretty much guaranteed that you will be trading white snow for white sand and freezing temperatures for balmy breezes. Take a look below at what you can expect of Cancun’s weather for the holidays and throughout the year. There were 22 contestants including myself and I came 4th place, even though I was still an amateur among other participants who had more than 10 years experience. I won 4th place for a regional dessert that I prepared, which was a Yucatan Trio: chaya frappé, sweet papaya and English cream with xcatic chile and white chocolate. So, would you …
